Oak Park is the creative studio and publishing house of Beth Wilkinson. Based in Melbourne, Australia, but working with clients around the world, Oak Park specialises in branding and custom publishing for arts and cultural organisations and projects. It is also the proud publisher of Lindsay, an international print and online magazine celebrating the importance of different cultures and places around the world.
With ten years experience in creative direction, communications and publishing, Beth approaches all angles of a project with an appreciation for both word and image, creative and strategic.
Beth has worked at Frankie magazine, Craft Victoria and the Abbotsford Convent Foundation, and in 2012, she self-published a cookbook of family recipes called Pass It Down, which sold out within its first year on sale. In 2017, she launched Lindsay, a magazine that It’s Nice That said “caused a whirr on the independent magazine circuit.” Lindsay is now stocked in over one hundred stores in more than twenty countries, including Gucci Garden (Florence), MoMA PS1 (New York), MOCA (Los Angeles), Yvon Lambert (Paris), Daikanyama T-Site (Tokyo) and MCA (Sydney). It won a Distinction at the AGDA Design Awards for publication design and has been featured on Monocle 24, Freunde von Freunden, Popeye and The Design Files. Lindsay has partnered and collaborated with Aesop, Heide Museum of Modern Art, Mara Hoffman, McNally Jackson New York, and ACMI.
